An impressive new venue has opened at Church Farm for 2010 - the Mash & Barrel Lounge, Bar, Café. It provides a comfortable atmosphere and contemporary feel, offering a selection of beers, wines, and cocktails for you to sample. Furthermore, it also has an outside decking area, so you and your family can enjoy the sun and some alfresco dining.

Flexible caravan Holiday Home Ownership at Church Farm

Flexible Holiday Home Ownership

Everyone is different and has individual needs, so everything we do is centred around you - flexibility is very important.

When you become a Holiday Home Owner at Church Farm, you can choose from a range of flexible Ownership options, based on how you would like to use your Holiday Home. These options allow us to sublet your Holiday Home, on your behalf, for an agreed amount of time every year. This generates an income for you to offset against the running costs of your Holiday Home. Alternatively, you can keep your Holiday Home for the exclusive use of you and your family.


OPTION 1: 100% EXCLUSIVE USE
You may choose not to Sublet your Holiday Home. We will ensure your Holiday Home is safe and well looked after when you are not there.

OPTION 2: 75% EXCLUSIVE USE
If there are 10 weeks of the year when you will not be using your Holiday Home, we can guarantee to offset 50% of the running costs of your Holiday Home. (subject to weeks chosen)

OPTION 3: 50% EXCLUSIVE USE
If there are 22 weeks of the year when you will not be using your Holiday Home we can guarantee to offset 100% of the running costs of your Holiday Home. (subject to weeks chosen)

Church Farm Holiday Village realises the importance of being 'Green' and has a Green Team Scheme in place. We are dedicated to promoting all aspects of energy saving and recycling. We already have recycling bins in place for our shops and complex and we are going to increase this to other areas of the Park for the use of our guests.
