Subletting is a great way to earn extra income to help offset some of the running costs of Holiday Home Ownership. We offer a fully managed service to give you peace of mind when subletting, and many Owners at Church Farm currently sublet their Caravan Holiday Home with us.

Guaranteed Letting Agreement

In your first year of ownership you could earn up to £7,300 by joining our Guaranteed Letting Agreement (GLA). The amount of income guaranteed can be used to offset the purchase price of your Holiday Home or put towards your site fees for your second year of ownership. Your Holiday Home will be left in top condition after each use and any lost or damaged standard inventory will be replaced.

We also offer a Premier Subletting Service which offers you the chance to earn income throughout the season. We offer a fully managed service with a dedicated on Park team member to look after your needs throughout the holiday season.

You will also be offered a full host of benefits which include;

Flexible Holiday Home Ownership

Everyone is different and has individual needs, so everything we do is centred around you - flexibility is very important.

When you become a Holiday Home Owner at Church Farm, you can choose from a range of flexible Ownership options, based on how you would like to use your Holiday Home. These options allow us to sublet your Holiday Home, on your behalf, for an agreed amount of time every year. This generates an income for you to offset against the running costs of your Holiday Home. Alternatively, you can keep your Holiday Home for the exclusive use of you and your family.

OPTION 1: 100% EXCLUSIVE USE
You may choose not to Sublet your Holiday Home. We will ensure your Holiday Home is safe and well looked after when you are not there.

OPTION 2: 75% EXCLUSIVE USE
If there are 10 weeks of the year when you will not be using your Holiday Home, we can guarantee to offset 50% of the running costs of your Holiday Home. (subject to weeks chosen)

OPTION 3: 50% EXCLUSIVE USE
If there are 22 weeks of the year when you will not be using your Holiday Home we can guarantee to offset 100% of the running costs of your Holiday Home. (subject to weeks chosen)

Accommodation Service Promise

For peace of mind when subletting your Holiday Home with us we guarantee that our Park team will carry out a multi point checklist to ensure your Holiday Home is cleaned and checked prior to your arrival. In the event of dissatisfaction and / or non-resolution of any issue, Owners will receive a £50 account credit.
